If you’ve landed on this page you were probably a resident of Southwark and London Diocesan Housing Association (SLDHA).

As your new landlord we’d like to warmly welcome you to AmicusHorizon.

SLDHA transferred to AmicusHorizon on 1 August 2016. As a result, all former SLDHA residents will need to contact us for all enquiries about your home and tenancy.

Below are some answers to a number of questions you may have.

Am I still a SLDHA resident?

No. SLDHA as an organisation will no longer exist. Your tenancy would legally be with us (AmicusHorizon) but you will not need to change your tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement that you have now would remain in place.

Will my tenancy or rights change?

No. Your tenancy, security of tenure and all your other rights won’t change as a result of our merger. 

Will I get the same services?

There will be no major changes to the service you receive. Please contact us (AmicusHorizon) if you need to report a repair or would like information on moving home.   
 

Will my rent or service charges change?

Your rent will not be affected as a result of the merger. However, rents will be reviewed each year, and change in line with regulations set by the government.

Service charges will be reviewed each year and set in line with the expected costs, each scheme will have of delivering each service.
 

Will there still be an office at Trinity House?

No. Trinity House is now closed. To find your local AmicusHorizon office click here.

 

Will staff stay the same?

No, however all permanent SLDHA staff have been offered new jobs with us. These jobs will not necessarily be continuing to provide services directly to SLDHA tenants and schemes. However you can contact us on 0800 121 60 60 and we will pass your query on to the right team.   

How to report a repair

The easiest way to report a repair is via MyAccount. MyAccount is our new online service where you can check your rent balance, report repairs, update your details and much more. Find out more on our report a repair here.
