How to verify your MyAccount
After setting up your login and password for MyAccount, you’ll need to verify your account before you can access the full range of services.
We verify your MyAccount account using a secure PIN that we’ll send out to you by post. This is to make sure only you can access your personal information.
When you create your MyAccount login we automatically send a PIN number to your home address. If you no longer have this please request a new one.
Once you have your PIN, you then just need to login to MyAccount and enter the PIN number to verify your account. You’ll only need to do this once, when you login for the first time.
