Ways to pay your rent

There are many ways to pay your rent, you can choose one that suits you.

Direct debit
Direct debit allows us to collect payments by giving you 14 days' notice. Your payments are covered by the Direct debit guarantee. This gives you reassurance that your payments are protected. Paying online
To pay your rent online using your All pay swipe card, just go to

If you're logging in for the first time, you'll be asked to create a new AllPayments password.

In person
You can pay your rent by cash or cheque. Using your plastic All pay card, you can pay with cash or cheque at over 45,000 places in the UK. This includes post offices, PayPoint and some e-pay outlets. By phone
By debit or credit card - use this with your swipe card to pay by phone. 

  • STEP 1 Call your Income Management Officer on 0800 121 60 60*
  • STEP 2 They can take your rent payment over the phone using your debit or credit card.
  • STEP 3 That's it!

Pay by text message on your mobile. You will need to register at:

Housing Benefit Direct

If you are claiming Housing Benefit, you can ask your local council to pay your rent straight to us. However, it is still your responsibility to make sure that we are receiving the payment.

Please don't pay by cash or cheque without using your swipe card.
Please don't send any payments by post.
