If you need to report a repair for something that is our responsibility to resolve, you can do so 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Full details are provided below.

How to report a repair
The easiest way to report a repair is via MyAccount, our free and secure online service for residents.
The online reporting tool is really simple to use and let's you tell us when would be convenient for your repair appointment.

You can also report a repair by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us using our website chat service (during office hours).
In an emergency, report your repair immediately on 0800 121 60 60. Please don’t submit it online.
Checking your repair online
Once you have arranged a repairs appointment you can check the progress of your repair via your online account.
Remember our contractors carry ID, so please ask to see it before you let them into your home.
