How to report a repair
The easiest way to report a repair is via MyAccount. The online reporting tool is really simple to use and you can tell us when would be convenient for your repair appointment.
You'll need to use your MyAccount login and make sure your account is verfied with a PIN. You'll only need to do this once. To set up your account or request a new PIN click here.

Checking your repair online
Once you have arranged an appointment you can check the progress of your repair via your online account.
In an emergency, report your repair immediately on 0800 121 60 60. Please don’t submit it online.
Remember our contractors carry ID, please ask to see it before you let them into your home. If you're in any doubt, please contact us to check.
