Paying your rent online

There are a number of ways to pay your rent:

You should pay your rent in advance. You can decide how to pay and we've listed options below on this page, but we strongly encourage payment by Direct Debit (it’s convenient and reliable).

If you'd like to check your rent balance or view your service charge information, you can do this online at anytime using our free MyAccount service.

Paying your rent online

If you've got a payment swipe card you can pay your rent securely online at any time through allpay. 

You can get to the link for the payment tool from this page. You can also get to it if you login to MyAccount.

Making a payment online is a simple process:

  1. Enter your PRN (the long number on your payment swipe card)
  2. Tell us how much you want to pay
  3. Enter your payment card details and click Submit.

Need a payment swipe card?

If you need a payment swipe card, request one for free through MyAccount, our online service for residents.

With MyAccount you can keep up to date with your latest rent statements and service charge information.

Make rent payments on your smartphone and tablet

You can also download an app to make payments easily on your smartphone or tablet.

Select the device you have to find out more about the app: If you're logging into allpay for the first time, you'll be asked to create a new allpay Internet Payment account. This gives you a username and password that you will need to use to login and make rent payments.


Set up a Direct Debit

Direct Debit logoPaying by Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your rent.

With a Direct Debit, you simply instruct your bank to make a monthly payment to us for the cost of your rent. Once setup, this payment will then be made automatically on the same date every month, so there’s nothing else you need to do.

This makes life easy for you and there’s no chance you’ll forget to pay.

Pay your rent over the phone

We can take your rent payment over the phone using your credit or debit card.

Please call us on 0800 121 60 60, press 1 and follow the options.


Pay at a PayPoint location

PayPoint logoWith your payment swipe card you can pay your rent at any Post Office. You can also pay at any shop or petrol station displaying the yellow PayPoint logo.

Need a payment swipe card?

If you've never had a payment swipe card or need a replacement, you can request one for free through MyAccount. Registration is quick and easy and gives you access to a range of AmicusHorizon services online.

Select the relevant link below to request your rent payment card: Once you have logged in and verified for MyAccount you then just need to go to the ‘My Accounts’ section of in the ‘Services tab’. From here click the ‘Request a rent payment card’ link and follow the on-screen instructions. We’ll then arrange for your new payment swipe card to be sent out to you.
