We're committed to providing more than bricks and mortar. We work to improve the lives of our residents through innovative programmes and training schemes.

Managing over 28,000 homes we offer housing solutions from general needs to housing for people with care and support needs. With assets of £1.196 billion with £568 million grant, an annual turnover of £151.7m and reserves totalling £35.3 million, we're a strong regional housing association. We currently have nearly 175 new homes on site or in contract to build across the region.
