Graduate programme

We're proud to unveil our graduate programme.

We've offered graduate placements within our Asset Management and Homes and Communities teams.

To kick-start their career we're offering the successful candidates:

  • Real life experience in housing, working with mentors who are leaders in their field
  • A bespoke development plan tailored to their aspirations and needs
  • An induction programme welcoming them to our business
  • The opportunity to take part in our extensive training programme, including some management training
  • Experience of our fast paced, energetic and fun culture. We believe everyone should enjoy coming to work be committed to doing a great job
  • Knowledge they're not alone. All six graduates start together supporting and helping each other. We encourage networking amongst the graduates and support this via our Graduate Grapevine.
