MyAccount is our brilliant new online customer portal.

With this new online service it's easy to:

  • Report a repair and track its status 
  • View your rent account and pay rent
  • View service charge information
  • Update the details we hold about you, including your communication preferences
  • Update the details we hold on all members of your household
  • Contact us and make requests, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Registration is easy

  • Just go to the link above and click 'Register here'
  • Follow step by step instructions to create an account
  • Register with an email address and password (more than 9 characters)
  • You can also use a Google or Facebook account to register.


  • For security we need you to verify your account. You only need to do this once.
  • You need the PIN that we've sent to your home address. If you no longer have this, its easy to request a new one.
