Viewing your account and online payments

In September 2014 we're launching a new online customer portal. This is a secure way to view your rent and repairs information online.

From 31 July 2014 the current facility for viewing your rent account online (SeeMyData) will end. If you need rent information in the meantime please call us on 0800 121 60 60.

If you currently have a SeeMyData account we'll automatically send you details of the new customer portal and how you can login.

Please note: This will not affect online rent payments. You can make payments to your account via AllPayments.net. You'll need your rent payment card and a debit or credit card (all card types except Electron accepted). If you're logging in for the first time, you'll be asked to create a new AllPayments password.
