How to do it and what to do if you have money worries.

Paying online
To pay your rent online using your Allpay swipe card, just go to www.allpayments.net  if you're logging in for the first time, you'll be asked to create a new AllPayments password.

We have lots of ways for you to pay your rent. You can do it in person, by phone, text, standing order, direct debit and housing benefit direct. For full details of all these ways of paying click here.

Checking your rent account
If you would like to know your current balance you can check your rent account online or contact us.

Who sorts out my Housing Benefit?
If you are receiving Housing Benefit, it is your responsibility to make sure it is being paid. For more information on Housing Benefit and how to make a claim click here.

What is a service charge?
As well as your rent, you may have to pay a service charge. This covers the cost of services such as cleaning shared areas and maintaining door entry systems. Service charges go up and down to reflect the actual cost of services. Most can be paid for by Housing Benefit if you receive it.

What should I do if I have problems paying my rent?
You agreed to pay your rent on time when you signed your tenancy agreement. Rent should always be your first priority, as you could lose your home if you do not pay it. So, if you have got money worries tell us straight away. Our income officers can make a payment agreement with you. Click here to find out more.

What happens if I do get into arrears?
We will contact you if you miss a rent payment to tell you the amount that you owe. If you receive a letter, please read it carefully. Contact us straight away to arrange to pay the arrears. Our aim is for you to stay in your home and to help you find ways to pay your rent. If you have a problem, we can help. We just need to know about it. So please let us know straight away – the earlier the better.

How often will my rent go up?
