Data protectionCollecting data There are parts of this website where you will be asked to give your contact details. These details will only be used so we can reply to you. They won't be used by us for any other reasons. Your details won't be passed onto anyone else. We will only ask for personal information for the purposes described in the fair processing statement. There is a minimal amount of personal data we need to manage a person's tenancy or deliver support for special needs. Storing data In some cases, your details will need to be stored. This is so we can track your enquiry and make sure it is dealt with fully. Alterations/removal of stored data The information will be removed and deleted once we are sure that your enquiry has been dealt with properly. Sharing data None of the information given by you is ever shared with any other organisations or individuals.
