Kent

We currently own and manage around 7,000 homes in and around the towns of Sittingbourne, Faversham, Isle of Sheppey and the surrounding areas. Homes range from larger family houses to bungalows as well as sheltered housing schemes for older people . Some of these are specially adapted for the elderly and disabled.

Initially set up to take over ownership and management of housing stock owned by Swale Borough Council. We have been committed to meeting the housing needs of people in the Borough and are constantly exploring new opportunities for development.

As well as homes for general needs and elderly tenants, we are also active in building shared accommodation schemes. An example of this would be temporary accommodation for homeless people.
