London and Surrey

The London and Surrey Region manages more than 10,000 homes, mainly in South West London, South East London and Surrey. Our homes range from larger family houses to smaller homes for single people, some specially adapted for the elderly and disabled. We also have sheltered housing schemes for older people. Just over 2000 of these homes have been bought by residents through our shared ownership and leasehold opportunities.

At the same time, we are responsible for local decision-making, accountability and resident involvement. This page can be used to find out what is going on in your area, from the latest news to ways in which you can get involved and help develop our services.
