Our mission and values
Our values set the standard as to how we operate as an organisation. They are central to the way we treat both internal and external customers.
We developed our values with staff to support our aim of being a three star organisation.
These are our STAR values:
- Service - services that our customers value and we are proud of
- Trust - being open and honest and demonstrating integrity
- Accountability - taking ownership and responsibility
- Respect - showing care, commitment and fairness.
