Our Green Plan is all about thinking boldly and empowering our residents and staff to do the right thing for the planet. Green Plan aims to help residents to improve the comfort of their homes, to reduce utility costs and to
improve the environment. By thinking green we can reduce our running costs as a business and our impact on the environment.
Our Sustainability Strategy sets targets for improving the environmental sustainability of our existing homes, new homes and our offices. You can read our

In August 2011 we became a SHIFT (Sustainable Homes Index for Tomorrow) member. SHIFT is the national scheme that measures the environmental performance of housing providers. We received a Bronze award and we're working hard to improve this.
