To make sure our services meet your needs, it's important we have up-to-date information*. Some examples of how we will use the information are to:
- Develop better services for you - if we know a high number of residents speak another language, it's worth translating key leaflets
- Make our services right for you - we can send you information in a way which is best for you, in large print, by email
- Promote services to you - we promote our Equipment and Adaptations service to those we know are elderly, disabled or vulnerable.
